More nations are now involved in the reorganization and reorganization of their armies than ever before since the Second World War.

As a result, military-civil relations have emerged as a fundamental subject of study for students of international relations, comparative politics and military sociology.

Now, more and more citizens around the world who have been concerned with a few armies and militias now face these issues today and periodically in the daily news.

This paper attempts to understand the theory of compatibility to examine civil-military relations, where current theory assumes that the military must remain separate from civil political institutions to prevent military intervention, and by contrast, the theory of compatibility, proposed in this article, argues that three Key partners: the military, political elites, and citizens must aim to build a cooperative relationship that may or may not entail the separation of political and military institutions as a descriptive and guiding theory.
