يعد مفهوم الحوكمة المحلية من المفاهيم الحديثة و يحظى بأهمية بالغة لدى كل الدول المتقدمة و أغلبية الدول النامية و إضافة إلى دور الحوكمة المحلية في القطاع الخاص فلها دور أساسي أيضا في القطاع العمومي و لذلك جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية من أجل إبراز أهمية الحوكمة المحلية في تنمية الإدارة العمومية المحلية.

In addition to the role of local governance in the private sector, the concept of local governance is one of the most modern and important concepts in the language of all developed countries and the majority of developing countries.
