Abstract EN

This article discusses the issue of strengthening the role of government in the settling the dispute between the two chambers of the parliament, this issue is of paramount importance in the the government's superiority in most dispute settlement procedures, and our treatment of this subject is aimed at clarifying thr effect of this intervention on the principle of separation of power.

At the end of this study we concluded that the role of the government in this area constitutes interference in the core of legislative work and undermines the principle of the separation of power, however, it is justified in practice.
