Abstract EN

The current research (conceptual and aesthetic dimensions of the imagined forms in Sumerian sculpture) dealt with the study of the intellectual and artistic dimensions of the visualist in sculpture, whether stereotypical or prominent, and in the two periods (the era of the Sumerian era).

So the researcher sought in the first chapter to clarify the problem of research and its importance and need, as well as the goal of research, which is represented by the following: Defines the conceptual and aesthetic dimensions of the imaginary forms in Sumerian sculpture." Then the researcher concluded the chapter by specifying the terms that are directly related to the research title and its objectives.

The second chapter included a presentation of the theoretical framework and the previous studies, which came from two subjects, proved in the first subject conceptualized conceptually.

The second topic dealt with the intellectual and artistic references to the imagined forms in Sumerian art.

The third chapter was devoted to monitoring the research society and the tool that included collecting information.

The samples were adopted deliberately, and (6) sculptural works covered the boundaries of research by adopting analytical descriptive method for the purpose of analysis according to the axes of the analysis tool adopted by the researcher.

The fourth chapter included the results of the research, which included:- 1-Through the Sumerian Sculpture in both holographic and seminal periods (the age of dynasties and emancipation) about the artistic sensations and ideas imagined through the variety of subjects and which bear the religious and political dimensions representing the social structure of Sumerians.

And then the conclusions that emerged through the possibility of achieving the objectives of research through the tool designed by the researcher, including: 1-Sumerian thought created in its forms of imaginary sculptor another kind of values and beliefs have the character of stability and permanence, instead of the worlds of changing life phenomena.

Spiritual dominion dominated materialism in the structure of Sumerian sculptural forms.

This stems from the spirituality of the Sumerian thought of the unseen forces and their impact on human life.

She also made a number of recommendations and proposals, followed by sources and annexes 2-The religious thought is one of the most important thrusts in the structure of Sumerian sculpture by the quality of the object and the salient and in both periods (the age of breeds and emission), and this is what appeared in all samples.
