This paperasse amis tout diagnostic the non-official reality of economy in Algeria, through an analytical study of this phenomenon in the country Informal economy, we examined the leading factors of the growth of the non-official economy in Algeria and the consequences related to, in the end we reached a conclusion: the economy should be adopted by the state through enacting organizational rules and promoting the conditions of workers because it becomes a vital part of economy.
