Abstract EN

This study aims to stand out the importance of making a radical change in traditional management methods in police institutions, which based on centralization of decision and to remove away internal or external client from any collaborative form between to sides.

Therefore, we go towards the new and modern management which adopts the approach of total quality management in order to raise the performance level of these institutions when they provide the various services that the society needs.

In addition to, the field of study was projected on experiments of group of police institutions at the international and Arab level, which sought to set plans, and programs aimed to continuous improvement in their performance, and the orientation toward relying on total quality management as a new philosophy in its managerial work.
