The city of Ouarzazat has been characterized in the last three decades by the expansion of a large and random age, which was not adequately planned, with the pace of demographic growth exceeding the pace of state intervention, poor coordination, lack of a consolidated vision for the development of this field, and the ence of special urban planning and planning documents, which contributed to the transformation of Tarmigt into a random center.

The problem of this paper is to analyze the mechanisms that are in the process of random urban growth with urban margins in the urban area through the case of the Tarmigt Center in the suburb of Ouarzazat, and to evaluate interventions aimed at the development of the Center and the development of its urban development through urban planning documents.
