يتناول المقال نشاط حزب الشيوعي الجزائري في منطقة الزيبان منذ بداية ظهورها سنة 1936 إلى غاية 1954 سنة اندلاع الثورة التحريرية المسلحة وذلك من خلال تتبع مسار مراحل تطور نشاطه و أبرز مناضليه و أساليب دعايته والوقوف أيضا تطور علاقته مع كل من حزب الشعب الجزائري (حركة انتصار الحريات الديمقراطية) و العلماء و حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي للبيان الجزائري.

L'article traite de l'activité du parti communiste algérien dans la région du Zayban depuis le début de son émergence en 1936 jusqu'en 1954,l’année du déclenchement de la révolution de libération armée, en suivant l'évolution de ses activités, ses principaux militants et ses méthodes de propagande, ainsi que sur le développement de ses relations avec le Parti du peuple algérien (Mouvement de victoire des libertés démocratiques), etOulamaset Le parti de l’union démocratique de Déclaration Algérienne.
