Abstract EN

The Egyptian society have witnessed many political and economic transformations, social and cultural rights since the revolution of July 23, 1952 until now, these transformations and pictures of modernity and post-modernity have a significant impact on the characteristics of the Egyptian personality and stand on some manifestations of these transformations and the circumstances which was formed, which increase the day after day, and then determined the study problem in monitoring and analyzing the impact of the social and political changes witnessed by the Egyptian community in recent decades the features of the Egyptian personality.

The study's results revealed that the most important economic transformations in the Egyptian society in recent decades are the retreat in the role of the State in the field of economic, developmental, in general, considering this as a key indicator of the retreat of the living life of Egyptians.

It also revealed the results of the study on many of the changes and the adverse social consequences of economic policy in the Egyptian society, the most important of which is the ence of social justice in the distribution of income, followed by the increase of poverty and unemployment rates, followed by the deterioration of the wage levels as a result of higher prices, followed by the deterioration of the conditions of education and health, followed by the erosion of the middle class, and finally, increasing crime rates.
