At the end of this research it is necessary to summarize the most important fruits that I harvested, which are as follows: A statement of Sheikh Al-Bajouri's effort in the service of noble knowledge, and this is evident through his scientific career in proposing hypothetical issues, which indicates his broad understanding and scientific instinct which God has bestowed upon him.

That the hypothetical jurisprudence was not confined to the Hanafi jurisprudence, rather it was dealt with by other Islamic schools, and this was demonstrated through the issues assumed by Sheikh Al-Bagouri, who is one of the flags of the Shafi'i school of thought.
