Abstract EN

The research aimed to clarify Al-Bayhaqi's selected opinions in his book «Al-Khilafiyat» at the chapter of charity.

I studied them a comparative Fiqh study.

I studied the debatable issues between Al-Shafiai and Abo Hanifa in the chapter of charity, then compare these opinions with the seven doctrines in the Islamic Fiqh.

They are: Hanafi, Shafi'i, Maliki, Hanbali, Dhahri, Zaydi and Imamate.

Then I clarified the selected opinions of Al-Bayhaqi.
