I chose this topic because of its importance.

And because I did not stand on a study that clarified the position of Islamic Fiqh and the Saudi regime, as well as the judiciary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regarding the testimony of ond.

The aim of this study is to explain the rule of concealment in bearing witness and performing it in Islamic Fiqh, and a statement of the position of the Saudi regime and judiciary in this matter.

This study answers the following questions: What is the ruling on concealment in bearing testimony and performing it in Islamic Fiqh? Is the Saudi regime prevented from concealment in bearing and performing testimony? Did the Saudi judiciary take the testimony of someone who was hiding to bear the testimony, and did he accept concealment in its performance?
