Gourara (Tigourarine), in the southwestern Algerian region, is rich with many intangible folk traditions, and this is evident in Amazigh folk poetry and dances, such as songs performed, for example, in the region's dance.

There is no doubt that touching on this topic would introduce the present generations to the oral folk heritage in the region, and it is also an invitation to all researchers to study this heritage and invest it in local development in order to preserve the popular culture and collective Memory.

Among the conclusions that confirm that the issue of preserving this popular heritage will only be achieved through communication in its inheritance and continued preservation, because interest in it has become an urgent necessity, and it needs efforts to uncover it, revive it, and remove the obstacles behind its extinction.
