Abstract EN

This research deals with the problem of language in the Arab theater in general and the Algerian in particular as it is a complex problem that raised many questions among writers and theater critics, because the language of theater is a central language in theatrical work that includes many codes, it is the most relevant and communicated with the audience, because it is considered one of the features, which distinguishes one text from another in the strength of its language and its ability to convey the idea.

Some of them saw that al-Fusha was the ideal language for communication in the theatrical field, and others adopted the idea of writing colloquially as the most appropriate to achieve the goal of understanding for the recipient, as the consumer of this presented material.
