Abstract AR
Fitmate pro.
Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to identify the relationship of some physiological and anthropometric indicators to the maximum oxygen consumption (VO2Max) in volleyball players and some physiological indicators (the emergence of anaerobic difference threshold and energy discharged) and some anthropological indicators (BMI, chest circumference and secondary paint mass) because of its role Essential and important in establishing the correct scientific basis on which the coaches to develop their training plans and the distribution of training loads and know the strengths and weaknesses of the players.
The research sample consisted of the youth players of the elite volleyball clubs.
The hypothesis is that there is a statistically significant correlation between the maximum oxygen consumption (VO2Max) and some anthropological physiological indicators.
First, oxygen consumption is directly proportional to the energy produced by the body, as there is a direct correlation between the value of oxygen consumed and the intensity of the effort exerted.
Secondly, the maximum oxygen consumption (VO2Max) is directly related to the time of the anaerobic differential threshold and is an indication of the improvement of the anaerobic threshold in terms of the delay of its appearance and is evidenced by the evolution of the maximum oxygen consumption.
The most important recommendations were first, the possibility of using these indicators to ration training loads by identifying the real levels of physical, physiological and anthropometric, and secondly, the use of modern devices with advanced technology that contribute to obtaining accurate results and real information contribute to the development of a scientific construction training plan such as Fitmate pro system.
