The research aims to implement an archive system for the Thesis and dissertations at the Informatics Institute for Graduate Studies using the OpenKm open source system, and to identify the actual reality of the system used in archiving letters and debates in the institute and to identify the deficiencies and problems facing workers and researchers in the search and retrieval process, and study the construction of this system Practically in the Informatics Institute for Graduate Studies, in order to identify the benefit of the system in organizing work and job performance at the institute, and its positive or negative impact, whether for workers in that institution, or the beneficiaries of its services.

The sample included (10) doctoral theses, (67) master's theses, (74) diploma projects for the period from (2015-2019).

The study sought to achieve its objectives through the use of a number of data collection tools such as the interview And officials of the people and units in the institute, the questionnaire and the observation.
