Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of perception of organizational justice from the point of view of workers in the sugar refining compound, and to find out whether the variables of gender, marital status, age and years of service have an effect on the perception of organizational justice in the research sample, the study was conducted on a random sample of (228) Factor, a questionnaire was designed.

The results of the statistical treatment showed that the level of awareness of organizational justice is weak, and that there are statistically significant differences in the perception of organizational justice due to the variables of sex, age, and years of service for the research sample, while there are no statistically significant differences in their perception of justice Attributed to a variable of marital status
