لقد شاع عند جملة من الباحثين أن الظاهرية و على رأسهم ابن حزم الأندلسيلا يعولون على المعطيات الإستعماليةو أن جل ممارساتهم النصية تعتمد على السياق دون غيره وعليه تتجه هذه الدراسة إلى التركيز على البعد البلاغيي للبنية الحجاجية في الممارسات التطبيقية لابن حزم من منظور المنهج التداولي هذا الأخير الذي يعيد الاعتبار للعوامل غير اللسانية و التي منها المقام و السياق و القرائن الخارجيةفأصبحت الجملة في المقامات التخاطبية من منجزات التداولية.
و رسالة طوق الحمامة مقاصدية تبحث في منظومة الأركان التخاطبية (المخاطبالمخاطبالخطابالسياق)وانتهج فيها صاحبها المنهج الظاهري الذي يعتني بالتراكيب اللغوية في فهم الدلالةوفي الوقت نفسه للمنطق حضور و اضح.
Abstract EN
It was popular with a group of researches that, Al-Dhahiria is led by Ibn Hazm Al-Andalusi does not count the usage data.
and the most of their textual practices depend on the context only.
therfore, this study tends focus on the rhetorical dimension of the structure of pilgrims.
In the practical practices of Ibn Hazm from the perspective of thepragmatic methode.
Ibn Hazm also pursued of Tawk Al Hamama, that looks after linguistic stuctures in understanding significance.
