Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of practice of the principals of the East Gaza Educational District to manage by values, as well as the level of organizational loyalty of teachers in these schools.

The study also examined whether there is a correlation between the degree of management by values practice and the level of the organizational loyalty.

It also examined whether there is an impact of the level of trend towards values practiced on the relationship between the degree of management by values practice and the level of organizational loyalty.

To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used.

The study tools were distributed to a sample of 266 teachers.

The study showed that there is a positive correlation between the degree of management by values practice and the level of both of the values practiced and the organizational loyalty.

The study showed that there is a clear effect on the level of values as an intermediate variable on the relationship between the degree of management by values practice and the level of organizational loyalty.
