تأتي هذه الدراسة لتكشف عن بعض المقاصد الشرعية و الفوائد الـمرعية من مختلف الأسفار الأرضية و الـجوية و التنقلات و الرحلات السياحية التي تعود بالخير العميم و الجزاء العظيم على الـمكلف في الدارين ليقف العاقل على حقيقتها و أبعادها و يستفيد النبيه من مراميها و مقاصدها متى انقاد إلى ضوابط و أحكام الشرع و نظر إلى الأسفار و السياحة بعين الرضا و النفع بعيدا عن تطلعات الأهواء و تفلتات الطبع.

Abstract EN
This study comes to reveal some of the legitimate intentions and benefits gained from the various ground and air travel, and tourism in the land, which brings great good, and abundant reward, to the taxpayer in the two homes, and the intention is that the sane person stands for its truth, and benefits from its dimensions, when it adheres to the provisions and controls Legitimacy, and stay away from following the whims of the soul.
