Transformational leadership of school leaders and their relation to the professional affiliation of teachers from the point of view of female teachers The study was designed to identify the transformational leadership of the school leaders and their relation to the professional affiliation of the teachers.

From the point of view of the teachers, the methodology followed the descriptive descriptive method.

The questionnaire was applied as a data collection tool.

The sample consisted of 247 teachers from the government secondary schools in Jeddah.

The study showed that the transformational leadership of the school leaders came to a high level.

The transformational leadership (Idealized Influence ,Inspirational Motivation, Individualized Consideration, Intellectual Simulation) of the school leader were high, The results also showed that the professional affiliation of female teachers came to a high level, And that the factors of professional affiliation (professional loyalty, continuing work) among high school teachers in Jeddah were high, and The factorof "professional commitment" is very high, The results showed a significant and positive correlation between the degree of transformational leadership of school leaders (Idealized Influence , Inspirational Motivation, Individualized Consideration, Intellectual Simulation, total score) and professional affiliation among teachers (professional loyalty, continuing work, professional commitment, total score).

The most recommendations of the study; the need to adopt the method of transformational leadership of all school leaders as a basic system and methodology for the school can not be exceeded, And work to deepen the principle of teamwork and enhance the sense of job security among school staff, And the need to prepare training courses for school leaders on transformational leadership, especially for new leaders, and the adoption of passing the training course as one of the terms of reference for the leader of the school.
