The protection of society from crime is to follow the licit channels introduced by the law, since that would impinge with the rights and personal freedoms of individuals when they are arrested or when they inviolability of their private life.

Therefore, judicial officers must stick to the limits of the law while conducting their work, and every violation it leads to Loss the inferred evidence, and the adoption of penalties, whether civil or criminal, and disciplinary sanctions by the guardian authority over them, and in this research paper we will highlight these disciplinary sanctions established in Algerian law.
