Abstract EN

This study aimed at recognizing the reality of time management in the Algerian public corporation through conducting a field study in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company for the East (Sonelgaz).

To achieve the objective of the study, we used the descriptive method on a sample of (43) employees in one of the branches of the company in the wilaya of Annaba.

The study concluded that the workers did not adhere to the planned time for the job tasks due to the nature and complexity of the work, while stressing the effectiveness of organization and Censorship of time in the completion of tasks and activities.

As it is programmed in its planned time.
