Pedagogic planning is considered as a necessary act in the learning and teaching process.

It is an operation of preparation executed by the teacher in order to be in the right path to achieve the expected goals, this too guarantee a great amount of success.

For this reason, we find that planning in the path of the approach by competence has gained a new form in order to give it more importance.

This demand from teacher’s mobilization to exert and master it.

Thus, the new reform does not look to what is provided by knowledge and information of the teacher but looks to the competence and capacity of the teacher itself in mastering the whole learning operation in which is situated pedagogic planning.
