Abstract EN

The study aims to reveal the differences and relationships of the psychological and social work environment model and the locus of control among nurses, using the Karazak scale (1978) and the wallston scale (1978), on a purposive sample of 40 nurses in Tamanrasset hospital, using the descriptive method.

The SPSS program was used to answer the following assumptions: From the point of view of the nurses, the psychological and social work environment is dangerous There were no statistically significant differences in the dimensions of the psychological and social work environment, the locusof control in gender, and marital status.

There is no significant relationship between the locusof control and the psychological and social work environment, and between their dimensions.

The results were discussed in light of previous studies and the reality of the sample.
