One of the difficult diseases that many people suffer from is Obesity.

Obesity is the main cause of many diseases in the human body.

Thisresearch will highlight the Quran's methods, ways and means that limitthe spread of obesity and even protect the person from its diseases.

Theresearch mentions the texts in the Quran that helps in the prevention ofthe deadly disease caused by obesity.

The research is divided into anintroduction and three questions: The first dimension gives the definitionsof preventive medicine, the nature of obesity and its causes, its effectsand risks on human health.

The second dimension is devoted to themethods of prevention of obesity in the Holy Qur'an.

The third dimensiondeals with the prevention of obesity in the Bible.

Thus it may be said thatthe Holy Quran precedes the doctors of the world in specifying the waysto prevent obesity and that the holy Quran is the eternal miracle of Allah, throughout the ages, its wonders does not have limits.
