In this study we aim to highlight the impacts of intellectual applications in Saussure's texts and manuscripts according to the modern linguistics published since the second half of the twentieth century represented by the efforts of Mustafa Galfan, in order to provide an inherent analysis from the set of scientific and logical interpretations according to the shift of the linguistics terms concepts(language, tongue and speech) in the new Saussurean, At the end of this research, we reached important results, most notably: The new Saussure texts contributed to revealing the real features of Saussure in linguistics, and the elements of language, tongue and speech in his manuscripts became the mainstay in linguistics structure.
