This study attempted to find out a set of common aspects between the thought of Abdel-Quaher El jarjani and some linguistic views of Noam Chomsky.

The value of theory of verse(NAZM) in our linguistic and rhetorical heritage cannot be overlooked and this theory despite the centuries passed, it serves the modern linguistics and carrying within it the concepts and manifestations of modernity.

In this research, I intended to read Abdel-Quaher's miracles evidence and another reading in the transformative obstetric theory of Noam Chomsky to reveal the presence of the system theory in the generative grammar.
