This study comes to explain the concept of Islamic Banking and the conditions of its practice through its legal system and to the most important Islamic Banking operations for Especially Murabaha, Musharaka, Mudaraba, Ijara (Leasing), Istisna'a (commissioned manufacture), Salam (advance purchase), deposits in accounts and deposits in investment accounts.
