Abstract EN

This study aims mainly to address the reality and challenges of electronic payment mechanisms in Algeria, in addition to the important role it plays in supporting e-commerce and in the midst of this and to meet these challenges and to keep pace with technological development, the Algerian financial and banking institutions had no choice but to work on modernising and modernizing electronic payment mechanisms by integrating new means of payment characterized by effectiveness and speed, and helping to effectively electronic payment methods that facilitate the task of settling transactions in e-commerce, and the customer can benefit from Banking services such as payment of bills of goods and services by electronic connection.
