Hamid Ismail Al-Hiti is one of the Iraqi storytellers who singled out the social issue with many stories, as he each belongs in a delicate sense to his time imposed on him by days with all the tragedies they contain, so he translated him into his textual areas in the form of short stories, adding to him his creative touches, so the short story was marked in him Realistically, he captures the essence of his stories from the reality of the city of Hilla, and adds to it the influence he w ears on his imagination.

He tries to arrange the pictorial and created reality in his narration so that it excites the reader and creates the impression that he aims at in his psyche through the vocabulary of his linguistic dictionary that includes connotations (homeland, war and peace, poverty and siege, psychological state, childhood, love and marriage, wine, death and life, and the Palestine issue) Therefore, the narrative circle expanded by exposing it to these multiple social implications when dealing with different segments of humanity.
