The aim of the speaker in directing the speech to the listener, in the case of informing, is to understand, so he organizes his speech in a way that includes this aim, so he follows the rules of the language he uses, and sometimes, the speaker notices that the listener has the ability to understand even if he comes out in his systems based on the Arabic syntax.

And this is what the ancient Arab scholars alerted to, and they did many compositional phenomena with the confidence of the speaker with the understanding of the listener without making this phrase clear enough.

In this article, I strove to put in front of the reader a clear picture of the speaker's confidence in the listener’s understanding and show its impact on speech systems.

So, I followed this phrase in the grammatical and rhetorical heritage books and exegesis books and extracted examples of the impact of the speaker's confidence in the hearer's understanding of the systems, and I obtained the following: - The speaker trusts the listener's understanding based on clues that he perceives.

- The listener reconstructs speech to arrive at the meaning intended by the speaker.

- The speaker, if he trusted the listener’s understanding, resorted to five states of the system, which are: wrapping and spreading, deleting, ellipsis, disposing of number, expanding the meanings of words.
