The student's success depends on the amount of struggle he has towards studying.

The stronger the struggle, the higher his achievement.

The research problem is that many young people feel as if they are in this world without a goal they are striving for, even though they are working with all their energies and making all efforts.

What is required for what they seek and the reason for this feeling in them is that they did not find enough time to think about what they want and strive to reach in life, or they did not set a goal for themselves in order to strive to achieve it in all areas of life, the aim of the research is to identify the personal struggle of the middle school students from the distinguished and their ordinary peers and the differences The same statistical significance according to the two variables (gender, type of study), and to achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive method and the comparative study, and the study sample reached (559) students who were selected by the random stratigraphic method from the research community.

The two researchers built the Personal Striving scale, and the psychometric properties of the scale were verified.

The stability of the scale was also verified using the half-segmentation method and the Alpha Cronbach coefficient for internal consistency, and to extract the results of the research, the researchers used the T-test for a sample One and the analysis of bilateral variance, and the study showed statistically significant differences in the personal struggle of distinguished middle school students and their ordinary peers, and the presence of statistically significant differences in Personal Striving according to the two variables (gender, type of study)
