Abstract EN

Early marriage is a phenomenon that has become widespread in recent times in Iraqi society, a phenomenon that has many consequences that cast a shadow over society.

This study came to reflect the real problems suffered by the Iraqi society but from a geographical perspective.

The study included two topics: The first topic: - The geographical distribution of the phenomenon spatially (age at marriage for females) in the study society (New Baghdad area and Al Wehda area), then distribution according to the environment of the place of residence and their classification according to cluster analysis.

The second topic: The study dealt with the Characteristics of the research sample and the group of factors that were included in the questionnaire to be studied and analyzed statistically using the Pearson coefficient of multiple correlation and to predict the factors behind the phenomenon through regression analysis using the statistical program SPSSv22.

Finally, the study reached a number of conclusions and proposals that would control the phenomenon under discussion after it was predicted.
