Abstract EN

The research aimed to identify the Personal Quality of university students and the differences of statistical significance according to sex and academic field.

To achieve these aims, the researchers adopted the measurement prepared personal quality scale was built After verifying the validity and reliability of the scale, it was applied to a sample of (400) male and female students from the faculties of the University of Qadisiyah.

after the statistical processing of the data shows that the university students enjoy Personal Quality and there are no differences according to the gender variable and according to academic field.
