Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to design a model for a centralized database on the web, through which insurance companies can exchange their clients' data among themselves, and provide regulators with periodic reports on the status of each company, as well as detecting the holder of insurance certificates who claims compensation from more than one company.

The proposed database had been tested through primary data and achieved the anticipated results, which resembled the study’s objectives that had been referred too previously.

The study recommends the necessity of linking all insurance companies in Sudan with insurance regulator in one network, while the centralized database will be located at the insurance regulator building, linking the insurance unified code centralized data base with the related authorities such as Traffic Police and Civil Rolls networks in order to ease the exchange of information, adding mobile payment services to the proposed scheme in order to automate the whole operations, developing the database to include all insurance and re-insurance services.
