Psychological research confirms the link between religion and mental health.Trust in God is one of the ethical foundation and cultivational concept in Islam which has a significant effect on reducing psychological disorders, including anxiety and mental health promotion.

Meditation and thinking in the concept of truth, shows that; the foundation of trust depends on positive image of God .Accordingly, the present study is aimed at investigating the role of the holy Quran as the source of revelation in the religion of Islam in how to introduce God and help in the form of making a positive impression of the lord as the underlying assumption of trust.

Investigation holy Quran shows that verses relating to the truth indicates the figure of the God as a safe, kind and loving base, powerful supportive, knowledgeable, invincible, wise, living absolute ruler, guidance and believe their anxiety with trust and finally gain inner peace.
