The present study mainly aims to identify key media strategies used by Saudi ministries spokesmen in dealing with the components of mass media communications.

Several minor objectives have been set as follows: •How fast is the spokesperson responded to the inquiries of media and the public? And to what extent could he address any possible dispute or disagreement that might arise between his ministry and the media? •To what extent could the spokesperson cooperate with the related authorities? •To what extent does the spokesman rely on mass communication tools to deliver his media message to the media and the public as well? •To what extent does the spokesperson have full authority to respond to any queries or correct any related information? •How committed is the spokesperson to the objectivity principle in his presentations? •To what extent does the spokesperson able to create a database for media professionals and related persons? •To what extent does the spokesperson understand the characteristics of the public, society and the media? Research Methodology This paper utilizes a survey as a research method that carried out to achieve its main objectives.

Date collection The researcher utilizes an electronic questionnaire to obtain the required data in line with study objectives.

The mentioned electronic questionnaire was prepared and conducted to cover the main objectives of the present study.

Sampling The study sampling covers all media spokesmen in Saudi ministries, which shapes a sample size of (42) spokesmen, with averaged age of (44) years old, and averaged experience years of (16) years.

A set of results has been achieved throughout the field study.

The most important results are as follows: • It has been shown that the spokesman has a fast response to the inquiries of media and the public with an average of (4.19).

As the official ministries and related authorities recognize the importance of information transmission to the public and mass communications as quickly as possible to prevent the spread of rumors by outsider parties.

Thus, the spokesmen were keeping in full communication with the media and public throughout all related mass communication platforms.
