Semiotic Image, including the symbols and signs exceed the visual tests of what is seen from meaningful reflections and impressions to the reading and analysis of what is intended and meaning to reach the ideology that feeds it, through the introspection of the formal and artistic intentions of the deep symbols and structures from which it proceeds to pass ideas and beliefs that are more deeper than the spontaneous scene.

The current study aimed to identify the Semiotic Image of the press and its relation to the ideological publicity of The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL-terrorist Daesh) through using the Semiotic Image Analysis of the visible and camouflage signs in published press on terrorist Daesh and its implications by applying to a sample of four images of the most important events that occurred during the period from 01 / 07/2014 - 30/06/2015 and include political, military, religious and cultural fields equivalent to the image of each field.

The qualitative study of the published image concluded that the terrorist Daesh depends on was a revolutionary and aggressive ideology that incited murder, torture and destruction rather than utopian ideology dreaming of a political future of succession or ruling that it alleges.

Semiotic analysis also concluded that the image plays an important role in transboundary ideological propaganda of terrorist Daesh by looking for an external party to be one of the elements of the image that it creates and then disseminates, and then transmits its extremist ideas.

The publicity of the chock through the image is intended by Daesh for a for several justifications such as showing the power of Daesh in fighting, supporting its presence and expansion as well as gaining more sympathetic extremists with him.

In addition to, the fueling of the religious conflict was a strategic goal for Daesh, where the press image played a major role in passing ideas that goal at multiple points, specifically in the violation of the killing of non-Muslims.
