Abstract EN

The study seeks to identify the affecting factors on promoting the online purchasing behavior among the Saudi public, which results in the presence of a new virtual electronic market in which Arab societies tend to meet their needs, this entails imposing various methods in electronic financial transactions.

The study results indicate to the significance of the model morale, which assumes the presence of the five risks impact on the purchase behavior of electronic services and products among the Saudi public, as well as the significance of the model morale which assumes the presence of the effect of the factors related to the product characteristics and the company position on the electronic purchasing behavior Where is the regression morale with both independent variables and the existence of statistical correlation between the conduct of electronic purchasing behavior and evaluation of the electronic purchasing experience of the products and services among the Saudi public , thus accepting the fourth main premise .The study found that there is no statistically significant correlation between the study sample characteristics in terms of gender, age, educational level, monthly income average, and conducting the purchasing behavior for the products and electronic services among the Saudi public.
