Abstract EN

The research promotes the study of semantic fields within the general methodological framework of linguistics, to reveal the various semantic aspects in the poem Fateh Ammuriyya, by returning each vocabulary to its field dictionary to which it belongs, then researching the aspects and features contained in these field vocabulary, and determining the semantic relationships between those The features, then the effect of these relationships in understanding the text of the poem and clarifying its hidden meanings and the circumstances surrounding its systems.

Then this research was divided into two parts: The first deals with semantic fields, in which the field of assets (living and non-living), abstracts field, and events field have been studied, and the second studies aspects of semantic multiplicity, such as synonyms, contradiction, and common verbal.

The results of the research were extracted from the lexical statistics and semantic relationships, so the poet’s reliance on the central and marginal connotations of expressions appeared in parallel, the control of the absent and the addressee conscience over the field of events vis-à-vis the speaker's conscience, and the limited field of expressions indicating the animal by limiting it to the lion and the dark, and employing the semantic plant field for a purpose.
