تشكل الشبكات التدريبية عن بعد مفهوما جديدا ظهر في مجال المكتبات و المعلومات في الآونة الأخيرة و تحديدا في عام 2011 عندما أطلقت مبادرة المكتبات العالمية Global Libraries Initiative (GL) بمؤسسة بيل و ميلندا جيتس Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) الشبكة الدولية لقادة المكتبات المبدعين الناشئين International Network of Emerging Library Innovators (INELI) التي تهدف إلى تعزيز المهارات القيادية لأخصائي المكتبات العامة في جميع أنحاء العالم.
و يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الشبكة التدريبية الإقليمية التي تم تنفيذها على مستوى الشرق الأوسط و شمال إفريقيا و أدارها الاتحاد العربي للمكتبات و المعلومات (اعلم) و ذلك اعتمادا على النجاح الذى حققته الشبكة الأساسية و تقييم لتجربة الشبكة التي تضمنت تدريب عدد 31 من أخصائيي المكتبات من الذكور و الإناث من 15 دولة عربية و هم المشاركون في برنامج الشبكة التدريبية لقادة المكتبات المبدعين الناشئين-الشرق الأوسط و شمال أفريقيا و الذى انعقد في الفترة ما بين عامي 2015-2017 تحت رعاية الاتحاد العربي للمكتبات و المعلومات (أعلم).
Abstract EN
E-training networks are a new concept that has emerged in the field of libraries and information in the recent years, especially in 2011 when the Global Libraries Initiative (GL) at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) launched the “International Network of Emerging Library Innovators (INELI)”, which aims to strengthen the leadership skills of public library professionals around the world.
This research aims to: • Identify the regional network that has been implemented in the Middle East and North Africa and managed and conducted by the Arab Federation for Libraries & Information (AFLI), based on the success achieved by the original network.
• Evaluating the network experience, which included training of 31 male and female librarians from 15 Arab countries, who participated in the International Network of Emerging Library Innovators – Middle East & North Africa (INELIMENA), held between 2015 and 2017, under the auspices of the AFLI.
