Abstract EN

This Study aims to identify records resulted from feminist organizations programs and strategies implementation and to explore its importance and displaying some of these records.

The selection of chosen records took into consideration that; the chosen records are expressive of the organization work and the diversity of issues adopted by those organizations.

The methodology of the case study was applied to one of the feminist groups; The Coalition of Egyptian Feminist Organizations.

The Programmatic records of the coalition’s member organizations’ were collected through field visits, visiting the organizations websites and social media networks and press monitoring of their activities.

The study found that the records of Feminist organizations’ programs reflect the rights reference of these organizations according to the international standards and conventions on human rights and women's rights.

They cover the various economic, social, cultural, civil and political rights of women.

These documents include electronic, audio, visual, audiovisual records and databases.

These records form important records collections in terms of the information they contain such as: policy papers, technical documents, monitoring reports.

The researcher recommends expanding the scope of research on the records of NGOs and civil society organizations because of their information and administrative value, and directing the leaders of these organizations to effectively manage their records based on international standards in the records management, and also to work on standardizing documents models that perform similar functions, especially reports of various types of activities.
