Abstract EN
This paper examines the genesis of the Jurisprudence school in Mazona.
It examines the emergence of the Jurisprudence school in Mazona, the scholars who were keen to enhance the status of this doctrine, its development, and the reasons to help in that.
It also addresses some of the jurists of this school and their jurisprudence efforts, as well as the importance of this school.
