يبحث هذا المقال في منزلة المختصرات الفقهية في المذهب من حيث بيان معناها و نبذة عن تاريخها من حيث الظهور و الأسباب ثم بيان المواقف المتباينة منها قبولا أو رفضا.
و وضح المقال دخول هذا النوع من التصنيف إلى الجزائر و كيف كان تأثيره في الدرس الفقهي و مدى استثماره و خدمته من قبل علماء الجزائر عبر مختلف الأزمنة.
Abstract EN
This article examines the status of the jurisprudential summaries in the doctrine in terms of explaining their meaning, an overview of their history in terms of appearance and causes, and then explaining the different positions thereof.
This article explains the entry of this type of authorship into Algeria, and the efforts of Algerian scholars in its service.
