تأتي هذه المقالة لتقدم مقاربة أصولية فقهية يتعرض البحث فيها لجهود فقهاء الجزائر المالكية في فقه النوازل على مدار التاريخ حيث كانت لهم بصمات في كل مرحلة قدموا من خلالها إنتاجا فقهيا أصيلا.
و استفتح الموضوع بالتعريف بفقه النوازل ثم تقديم نبذة عن كتب النوازل لدى الجزائريين و تاريخ الاهتمام بها و في الأخير كانت معالجة النوازل : المنهج و التطبيقات.
Abstract EN
This research deals with the efforts of the Algerian Maliki jurists in the fiqh of the current controversial issues throughout history.
This research deals with definition of the fiqh of the current controversial issues, and providing an overview of the books of of the current controversial issues in jurisprudence for Algerians, and dealing with the current controversial issues: the method and applications.
