تبحث هذه الورقة في مدى تعبير المؤلفات النوازلية عن التوجه الذي ساد العهد الزياني و في المميزات الأساسية لهذا النوع من المصنفات.
كما تنظر في مستوى بنية نصوصها أو في الإشكالات التي تطرحها و ما تختلف فيه عن كتب الفقه و الأحكام ثم تقدم قراءة حول أهم المواضيع التي عالجها هذا النوع من المصنفات.
كما تحاول رصد مؤثرات المدرسية الأندلسية على كتابة النوازل بتلمسان الزيانية و تتطرق إلى موضوع الالتزام بمشهور المذهب المالكي في فتاوى الفقهاء الأندلسيين في النوازل.
Abstract EN
This paper examines the extent to which the book of the current controversial issues expresses the trend that prevailed in the Zayani era, and the basic characteristics of this type of literature.
It also examines the level of the structure of its texts or the problems they pose, and what differs in it from the books of fiqh and rules.
A reading is then provided on the most important subjects addressed by this type of literature.
The research also includes monitoring the influences of the Andalusian School on the writing of the current controversial issues in Tlemcen Zayani.
It deals with the issue of adherence to the Maliki school of jurisprudence in Andalusian jurists in the current controversial issues
