This article presents the life history of Al-Wanchrisi, may God have mercy on him, through his lineage, date of birth, country of birth, and circumstances of his upbringing.

It also includes a presentation of his scientific life through the knowledge of his sheikhs and its effects.

It also examines the definition of jurisprudential current controversial issues and related expressions.

The research also includes the definition of the “Almieyar” Book and its characteristics that had an impact on preserving the Maliki heritage in Algeria.

It focuses on Al-Wonsherissi's approach in presenting of “Almieyar” ’s current controversial issues, and its scientific reference, with his comments.

The research deals with the characteristics of the “Almieyar” in codifying the jurisprudential current controversial issues that are realistic, local, renewal and continuity.

In addition to these issues, the “Almieyar” book is a historical and social reference.
