يهدف هذا المقال إلى التعريف بأحد العلماء الجزائريين المعاصرين الذين كان لهم نشاط كبير في التصنيف الفقهي وفق أصول المذهب المالكي ألا و هو الشيخ محمد باي بلعالم و بيان منهجه الفقهي الاجتهادي مع تقديم قراءة في مؤلفاته الفقهية و الأصولية.
Abstract EN
This article aims to introduce one of the contemporary Algerian scholars, who had a great activity in jurisprudential authorship according to the principles of the Maliki school of thought, with providing a definition of his jurisprudential approach, along with providing a reading in his jurisprudential and fundamentalist writings.
He is Sheikh Mohamed Bey Bel Alem.
