The Maliki school of thought is considered one of the most important Islamic jurisprudence schools that have contributed greatly to enriching the encyclopedia of Islamic jurisprudence with the most important long and short books.

It is in need of objective scientific research that highlights the positive aspects of Maliki jurisprudence.

This research deals with the jurisprudential summaries in the Maliki school (its inception - its causes - its objectives) and the efforts of the Algerian jurists.
